Rolling, Rolling, Rolling

Madi and I had a fantastic week!!!!

We spent most of our time at home, but nonetheless it was a fantastic week. Here are a few pictures to capture the nights when Joshua was home, eating cereal and carrots, and Madi rolling over for the first time. On Wednesday I was making dinner and happened to walk away for a split second...to my surprise Madi was on her stomach, head up and looking around. I was so proud!! I cannot believe that she rolled over for the first time! I tried to get her to do it again but she continued to roll from side to side. I love the fact that she is getting more and more independent. I cannot wait to see how much she grows/progressing in the next few months!

My little chef

Madi help me unload the dishwasher (ok, she watched and I worked) and she discovered a spatula. She held onto to for a few minutes, until she tried to put it in her mouth. Made me laugh so I had to snap a few pictures.... Enjoy!

Madi is a growing girl

Madi is seriously getting so big!
I believe that the pictures can speak for themselves! Friday was Madi's 4 month well check up...she is weighing in at 14pounds 3 ounces(60th percentile), 24 1/2 inches long.  I cannot believe that 4 months have gone by. Joshua and I were just talking and it seems weird to think that in 2 weeks it will the beginning of May. Where has time gone?!!

Madi has been such a joy lately. The doctor finally confirmed that she does in fact have a milk allergy (momma was right all along!), so we have switched to a milk free formula and it has been the best thing EVER! Madi's whole demeanor has drastically change. We actually might end up having a pretty happy baby. Other than melting down when she needs a nap, she rarely cries out of pain or discomfort! Madi has even begun to explore rolling over. She is moving from side to side and it won't be long till she is strong enough to roll all the way over!

So thankful that God is continually providing for our emotional and physical needs!
